Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous United States, as well as select Canadian cities including: Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa and Quebec City. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

How much is shipping?

What does Standard Delivery include?
Standard shipping includes delivery of your item inside your front door. It does not include unpacking or debris removal. Our shipping partner will contact you in advance to arrange a date and time for delivery. You must be present during the window of delivery. If you notice any damage incurred during shipping, please photograph the damage, and call or email us immediately (773.819.0307; 
info@57stdesign.com ) You have the right to refuse delivery if there is damage to the packaging.

What does White Glove Delivery include?
White glove delivery includes placement in your room of choice, debris removal, and assembly (if required). Our shipping partners will contact you in advance to arrange a date and time for delivery. You must be present during the window of delivery. If you notice any damage incurred during shipping, please photograph the damage, and call or email us immediately (773.819.0307; 
info@57stdesign.com ). You have the right to refuse delivery if there is damage to the packaging! Please note that certain larger pieces necessarily ship with White Glove Delivery. This will be denoted on the piece’s product page. We reserve the right to change the White Glove Delivery fee if the destination requires specialized delivery and handling such as a COI, or multiple flights of stairs etc. 

What to expect during delivery.
Your order will ship through a freight company specializing in large-item delivery. Certain items ship via White-Glove Delivery by default. During White-Glove Delivery, the piece will be brought into your home, unpacked, and set in the room of your choice.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns on Design Circulation pieces?
Yes, we accept returns on all Design Circulation pieces within 30 days of receipt. Please note, the return shipping fee is incurred by the customer. Email us at info@57stdesign.com and we’ll help you schedule a pick-up for your return. We’ll refund you the full amount, less the cost of return shipping, will be credited to your bank account once your piece arrives in our Chicago workshop.

No we do not accept returns on custom pieces.


DAMAGE OR DEFECTS

What if my furniture is damaged or defective?
Though we try our best to deliver a perfect product, we acknowledge that mistakes happen. If you find a defect in one of our pieces, please let us know immediately. You can email us at info@57stdesign.com. We’ll do our best to make it right.

What should I do if the package appears to have been damaged in transit?
If you see damage to the package that may have occurred during transit, photograph the damage and contact us immediately by phone (773.819.0703) or by email (info@57stdesign.com). You have the right to refuse the delivery if you believe your piece was damaged in transit!
